Based within the Food & Beverage in Guangzhou, the Bar Concept Bartender is responsible for providing the services required by the guests and exceeding the expectations of the guests under the standards described by the management. He/she will also be responsible for handling special requests and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. The Bar Concept Bartender assist supervising the casual colleagues. The Bar Concept Bartender reports to the Captain/Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Outlet Manager.

Supervise a given shift at the Communications. Directsstaff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties onown: answers and directs phone calls request and faxes in an efficient,courteous and professional manner. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests byaccurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personalrecommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction whilecomplying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
