• Arrange and coordinate business travel of department staff, as well as travel expenses reimbursement thereafter

• Set-up department meetings and take meetings minutes

• Maintain and manage department data and filing system

• Hotel clients database maintenance, update and management

• Drafting and translation of newsletters and other documents as and when required
时事通讯稿件的撰写与翻译
• Coordination of marketing events such as exhibitions for both local and international participation
市场宣传活动,例如国际性展会的协调与实施
• Periodically summarize and report department work to corporate office and owners as necessary
部门工作的阶段性整理、汇总与报告
• Communication & relationship maintenance with group hotels
与旗下酒店的市场营销部的文档往来,日常沟通协调等
• Support other department staff work as necessary

• Assist Senior Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing in putting together PPT for presentation; Departmental Budget; Marketing Plan; Marketing Fund & etc.
協助集团高级 DOSM 整理 PPT; 部门預算; 市场营销计划; 市场营销基金等
• To prepare & raise vendor application form for any purchase, trade shows and etc.
准备采购、路演等活动聘用供应商的申请
• Prepare Monthly report to submit to owning company

任职资格:
• Bi-lingual with professional oral and written Chinese and English skills.
熟练的英语听说读写能力
• Bachelor Degree & above, majored in English/ Hospitality/ Marketing /Media/ Secretarial/etc.
本科学历以上,英语、酒店管理、市场营销、新闻、文秘类专业优先
• Detailed, efficient oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Easy-going personality, excellent interpersonal skills & with initiative
