1.To coordinate and follow up with all other departments in all job assignment by General Manager.

2.To be a confidential translator for all documents to and from General Manager.

3.To keep records, control and scheduling appointments for General Manager.

4.To take minutes of morning briefing and to handle all personal affairs for the General Manager.

5.To be able to exercise initiative and work with confidential information of Executive Office.
工作积极主动并能保密。
6.To handle and screen all incoming and outgoing telephone calls for General Manager. Taking messages as necessary.
为总经理处理并过滤来往电话,并在需要时记下留言信息。
7. Typing all documents and reports as required by General Manager.
根据总经理要求完成文件及档案。
8. All secretarial works as assigned by General Manager.
完成秘书的所有工作。

Works
closely with the Director/Assistant Director of Event in the overall Events
Sales and Operations, which include the planning, directing and implementation
of Catering/Events strategies towards maximizing potential revenues and yield
Achieving
personal Events sales budget figures.
Achieve the
required number of sales call and entertainment per week as agreed upon
management.
Cover the
agreed upon Industry the fullest extent for maximum business opportunities.
Plan, prep, set up and prepare quality products in all areasof the Pastry/Bake Shop to include, but not limited to pastries, desserts,breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, jams, displays/centerpieces in accordancewith departmental quality standards and specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitationof work areas and equipment.

This position is designed to maximize revenues inall areas of the hotel with a focus on Group/Corporate Accounts whilemaintaining high standards of service.

A minimum of two years/seasons of Hotel experience.至少两年酒店工作经验
Knowledge of various food service styles (i.e., Frenchservice, buffet presentations, tableside & butler style service).

Stay informed about daily guest profiles and dining activities.

Participate in all front desk operations; identify and report operational issues.

Track important arriving/departing guests and returning guests daily.

Prepare registration forms and key cards in advance to ensure efficient check-in procedures.

Maintain proactive communication with guests to understand preferences and assist with inquiries.
与住店宾客保持良好沟通以了解宾客之喜恶,协助宾客解决疑难事宜;
Conduct daily courtesy calls to collect feedback, implement follow-up actions, and report to supervisors.
做好每日对住店宾客的电话拜访工作,搜集宾客意见并及时采取跟进措施与向上级反映;
Welcome and escort guests at the Front Desk and Lobby, including Executive Floor arrivals/departures.
在前台及大堂与商务楼层接待及迎送住离店的宾客;
Assist Executive Floor guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
协助入住商务楼层之宾客办理登记入住及离店手续。
