Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.

• Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received.

• Cashes hotel guest’s personal and travelers checks and assists with currency exchange.
为酒店客人的个人支票及旅行支票兑换现金,并协助进行外汇兑换。
• Performs the audit balances and prepares all works for audit in an orderly fashion

• Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.
按照既定工作程序为所有来客登记并安排房间。
• Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures.
熟知部门标准工作程序。
• Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the
hotel systems in accordance with reservation.
履行入住、退房和换房手续,并确保所有资料都按照预订情况完整的输入酒店电脑系统。
Required Qualification
任职要求
.High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
具有高中学历或酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相关的职业证书。
.1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
拥有 1年宾客服务部工作经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
.Oral proficiency in English or second foreign language and mandarin.
具备较强的英语口语能力或者第二门外语和普通话。
1.Ensure forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction.

2.Receive, record, and distribute various reports.

3. Receive, record, and transmit guest requests accurately.

4.Responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies.

5. Maintain and update administrative data.

6.Maintain key control.

7.Monitor lost & found property.

8.Prepare reports related to HR, Finance, and other departments.

9.Control work phones and other loan items.

10.Control mini bar store.

11.Maintain working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair.

12.Report guest complaints to Executive Housekeeper or delegate immediately.

13.Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

14.Multi-skilled as a Room Attendant as well as other areas of Housekeeping.
