1、负责微信公众号、抖音号等自媒体的平台日常运营和维护工作，为公司整体品牌传播和营销服务，高效产出年轻人喜欢的热点视频内容，提高用户的关注度和粘性； 2、吸收掌握并实时更新公司的产品、技术、文化及其他有价值的知识，结合时下的热点，把其转化成针对不同用户实时调整和更新微信、小视频等推广内容，并利用不同的方式传播； 3、制定并实施清晰的用户互动策略，增加粉丝数量，粉丝活跃度和忠诚度； 4、跟踪新媒体平台推广效果，分析数据并反馈，总结经验，建立有效运营手段提升用户活跃度，增加粉丝量。

岗位职责 1、制定采购的方针、策略、程序文件，经酒店批准后保证贯彻执行。 2、审批所有采购申请单、定货单。 3、根据酒店需求与市场供应审定价格合理、货品质量可靠、信誉好、售后服务优的供应厂商，确定供应关系。 4、负责与厂商进行大宗商品定货的主要业务谈判，审查所有合同及其他业务和约的执行和落实。 5、负责组织市场调查研究，及时酒店提供市场信息，指导下属按计划完成酒店的各类采购任务，并在预算内尽量做到降低成本、节省开支。 6、积极开发货源，不断推荐新产品 岗位要求 1、大专或以上学历。 2、具有5年以上国际品牌酒店各项物品的采购经验及筹备经验。 3、具有较好的英语基础 。 4、对采购程序，采购合同的订立比较精通。 5、具有较强的组织能力和沟通能力及管理能力。 6、有驾驶证。 7、为人正直诚信，忠于职守。

岗位职责 1、协助行政管家负责客房部的整体经营和运作；分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划。 2、确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制。 3、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。 4、制定部门的年度预算，并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。 5、检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。 6、组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。 岗位要求 1、大专毕业学历或同等以上。 2、有3年以上同星级客房管理工作经验。 3、熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑，持有客房部经理上岗证或资格证书。 4、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。 5、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。

【岗位职责】 1、确保电梯安全运行，按规范实施电梯的维修保养，并做好维保记录。 2、严格遵守电梯机房的值班制度和出入制度，保证机房设备的安全和整洁。 3、坚守值班岗位，随时排除电梯的一般故障保证电梯的正常运行。 4、严格按照电梯巡回保养周期，执行电梯的周期性保养并按规定内容，准确记录填写维护检查表。 5、负责电梯电源开关柜及机房照明设施的检查、维护和维修工作。 【岗位要求】 1、需要持有A证和T证 2、中专以上文化，受过电梯维修操作培训考核，并获得劳动部门颁发的电梯维修操作合格证，从事电梯维修工作1年以上。 3、具有机电、机械、钳工等方面的基础知识，看懂电路图能熟练地执行电梯维修工作，对电梯结构原理有较深的了解。 4、有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

1. 制定并执行电商运营策略 根据公司业务目标，制定电商平台（官网、天猫、京东、拼多多等）的年度运营计划，优化产品上架、定价、促销策略，提升销售额及市场份额。 2. 管理电商平台运营 负责电商店铺的日常运营，包括商品管理、页面优化、活动策划、客服支持等，确保用户体验和转化率持续提升。 监控并优化平台流量结构（自然搜索、付费推广、站外引流等），提高ROI。 3. 数据分析与业绩优化 跟踪电商销售数据（UV、转化率、客单价、复购率等），定期输出运营报告，优化营销策略及库存管理。 结合市场趋势和竞品分析，调整运营策略，提升GMV及利润率。
