岗位职责: 1、服从宴会部负责人的工作安排，掌握和了解每天宴会的预订、客人用餐和餐桌安排及当日特色菜品情况； 2、按照宴会服务工作流程和服务要求对客人进行优质细致的服务； 3、做到“六知三了解”知主办方、知主宾身份、知开席时间和就餐标准，知桌数和人数，知本酒店经营的风味和特色，知当天供应菜点及酒水的品种、价格；三了解：了解客人的风俗习惯、生活忌讳和特殊需求； 4、熟悉宴会的上菜流程，保证上菜时的安全出品要求； 5、保持餐厅环境整洁，确保餐具、布件清洁完好，备齐各种物料用品； 6、做好厅内餐具及物品交接，保证设施设备的正确使用及维护； 7、每餐结束后参与宴会的整理工作； 8、对于宴会服务中的顾客要求及时提供标准化服务，及时满足顾客的就餐需求； 9、完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格: 1、品行端庄，谈吐得体，形象气质佳； 2、服务意识强，具有良好的工作计划能力，信息沟通能力，愿意在酒店行业长期发展； 3、具有良好的工作责任感、性格外向，具有亲和力，能吃苦耐劳； 4、擅长与人沟通，有较好的人际关系； 5、具有一定的英语听说能力。

岗位要求： 1. 教学实习基地协议院校的学生或其他相关院校实习生，会优先考虑持有相关证明的在校大学生。 2. 酒店管理等相关专业。 3. 以友好、娴熟的专业水准为客人提供出色的服务,最大限度的令客人满意。 4. 具有积极的态度，热爱服务行业，良好的自律性，符合酒店岗位要求。 5. 实习期至少在6个月以上。
