【岗位职责】
She Should be required to organize and supervise theoverall PBX in the absence of PBX Manager. She should control the entireoperators to ensure telephone manners, courtesy, performance standard aremaintained. Report to the supervisor on all incidents, problems or complaints. Sheshould assist in the enforcement of all orders coming from hotel highermanagement.
