【岗位职责】 1、负责编制餐饮部所需餐具和用具的年度预算。 2、根据各餐厅餐具的盘点情况，负责于财务部门沟通，提出器具购置计划，保证及时补充餐具用具。 3、检查和管理各点餐具的使用情况，分析造成损耗的原因，提出降低损耗的建议。 4、负责做好餐具用具的保管、发放、回收工作，负责厨房区域的环境卫生。 5、负责外包员工的管理以及外包费用的支付。 【岗位要求】 1、有较强的责任心,工作认真踏实。 2、熟悉各种餐具用具的牌号、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法。 3、熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法。 4、身体健康，精力充沛。

岗位职责 1、日常设施设备检修、保养； 2、配合部门做好周期性设备保养； 3、负责酒店各区域节能降耗管控等。 岗位要求 1、三年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。 3、五官端正，身体健康，精力充沛。

岗位职责 1、迎接问候宾客，在宾客面前随时保持整洁友好愉快的形象，确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等方面全部符合规定的要求。 2、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名。 3、熟练掌握店内外信息，向宾客提供礼貌周全的服务。 4、了解酒店的相关活动，可向宾客详细介绍酒店康乐部的活动。 5、对于宾客的要求、不满和需要及时做出回应及时向领班或部门经理汇报。 6、工作时间：10:30-20:30

岗位职责： 1、带领员工检查餐前的准备工作，确保各种物品、器皿的清洁完好，确保服务过程的顺利进行； 2、负责布置当天当班的工作，并介绍当天的菜单、服务项目以及菜式特色； 3、负责开餐时服务质量、上菜品质、上菜速度，确保客人满意； 4、负责部门员工的程序标准、业务技能、仪容仪表以及标准服务用语的培训； 5、负责每日盘点及使用物品的管理工作； 6、协助部门经理做好服务接待工作； 7、与宾客和厨房保持良好的工作关系，及时向经理和厨师长反馈宾客对食品，服务方面的信息，不断提高餐饮产品和服务的质量； 8、了解客情，亲自为重要宾客服务； 9、处理餐厅里发生的问题和宾客的意见，并及时向经理汇报； 10、定期检查，清点餐厅的设备、餐具、布草等物品，将结果汇报给经理。 岗位要求： 1、大专以上学历，有相关星级酒店1年以上工作经验者优先考虑； 2、掌握西餐服务接待操作程序标准及西餐管理知识； 3、热爱本职工作，工作勤勤恳恳，认真负责； 4、身体健康，仪表端庄。
