SUMMARY OF POSITION
职位概括
Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager, and Assistant Director of Housekeeping.在客房部经理和客房部助理总监的监督下工作。
The HSKP Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels. 客房部主管负责确保所有客房达到四季酒店设定的最高标准。
HSKP Supervisor also manages the Room Attendants on the floor and conducts inspections on a daily basis.HSKP主管也管理楼层服务员,并每天进行检查。

1. Create individual marketing plan for hotel to drive revenue acrossall online customers segments, and work with the Director of Sales &Marketing and Director of Revenue Management to ensure a smooth execution.
2. Support Divisional Online Marketing Team to provide monthly andquarterly analysis including performance of campaigns and channels, along withreturn on investment statistics. Maximize and optimize the performance of all online marketing channelsbased on these results.
3. Own the results for hotel through tracking and analysis, using ourproprietary performance measurement tool and other tracking systems.
4. Leverage best practices in marketing, marketing operations andreporting to Divisional Online Marketing team.
5. Demonstrate effective and appropriate interaction with guestswhilst maintaining a professional approach and image.
6. Possess a high level of product and service knowledge in order topromote services and facilities to customers.
7. Pursueincreased responsibility.
8. Undertake additional duties asrequested by the Department Head and Hotel Management.
9. Abide by the hotel Employee Handbook.
10. Abide by both the hotel and Marriott policies and procedures.
11. Abide by the hotel Code of Conduct.
12. Handle cash, Pool House Bank ,Cheques, credit cards, bills, overages/shortages in accordance with hotel andMarriott policy compliance. Follow all company policies and procedures.

3. 运用万豪拥有的性能测试工具和其他跟踪系统,跟踪和分析酒店的运作情况从而获得销售动态。
4. 吸取具有优秀的营销、市场运作技巧,并向区域网络销售团队汇报。
5. 与客户保持有效及适当的交流,同时表现出专业的形象及工作方式。
6. 对酒店产品及服务有高度了解,以便更好地向客户销售酒店的服务及设施。
7. 能担负起更多的责任。
8. 主动承担部门负责人及酒店管理层交给的其他任务。
