JOB SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
Assists the Stewarding Manager in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Stewarding Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and overseeing the operating equipment inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Job Responsibility
1. Abide by the hotel employee Handbook and rules and regulations of the hotel.
2. Complete the job tasks and ensure the safety of the hotel, staff and guests.
3, watch fire and monitoring equipment, timely find and deal with all kinds of alarms.
4. Implement the hotel's fire emergency procedures in case of fire.
5. Accurately operate all kinds of equipment in the central control room to deal with emergency situations in the hotel.
6. Ensure that the work is completed within the specified time limit.
Job Requirements
1. In the assigned position, complete the task of security guarantee and security service.
2. Record the alarm information of the equipment and inform the security personnel to confirm.
3. Implement the hotel's fire emergency plan in case of fire.
4. Use monitoring equipment to find suspicious situations and suspicious people.
5. Confirm that the equipment and auxiliary equipment in the central control room are in good working condition.
6. Take good care of the keys deposited by each department and complete the procedures for borrowing and receiving the keys.
