1、为宾客提供“三项礼仪”服务，主动为宾客摆放拖鞋，整理浴巾浴袍；引导宾客正确泡汤并做好安全提示； 2、为每一位宾客做好的财务及人身安全提示工作； 3、主动为宾客介绍泡汤场景情况，并耐心回答宾客的问题； 4、当班人员首先对本岗位物品与卫生进行检查，在营业前做到岗位物品齐全，卫生整洁，设备正常； 5、营业期间，为宾客提供标准和人性化的服务，认真做到“一个微笑、一句问候、一条毛巾、一杯水、一双拖鞋”等各种人性化与个性化服务； 6、当班服务员应做到5分钟巡视温泉池；巡视内容包括水温监管、卫生整理、宾客安全、设备运行，让本区域所有开放温泉池正常运行，发现问题及时上报资深员工协助处理； 7、协助领班负责区域各项管理制度的制定，并组织实施； 8、根据区域的分布情况，进行合理的人员和物资调配，确保接待工作的顺畅； 9、熟悉辖区内各种温泉池的功能与特点，根据季节气候变化掌握控制各池水温及特色池的加料； 10、定期对设备设施和水池进行检查、保养，对事故防患于未然； 11、在岗位期间，服从当值领班所有的工作安排并主动配合开展所有工作； 12、早班人员下班前对本区域的卫生检查和物品进行补充，便于晚班同事开展工作； 13、晚班人员应跟进早班交接工作，做到今日事今日毕；班后对本区域卫生及物品进行仔细检查，做好收市工作； 14、完成上级领导交办的其他事项。
