岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
开发俄罗斯及俄语区客户资源Develop and maintain client resources in Russian-speaking markets
负责俄语客户的商务谈判与合同签订Handle business negotiations and contract signing with Russian-speaking clients
完成个人及团队销售指标Achieve individual and team sales targets
策划针对俄语市场的销售方案Develop sales strategies targeting Russian-speaking markets
收集俄语市场行业信息及竞争对手分析Collect market intelligence and conduct competitor analysis in Russian markets
协助俄语客户的接待与活动安排Assist in reception and event arrangements for Russian clients
处理俄语客户的投诉与售后服务Handle complaints and provide after-sales service for Russian accounts
岗位要求 Job Requirements:
2年以上销售经验,有俄语市场经验者优先2+ years sales experience, Russian market experience preferred
俄语专业八级或同等商务俄语水平TEM-8 or equivalent business Russian proficiency
出色的商务谈判和提案能力Excellent business negotiation and proposal skills
掌握酒店/旅游行业知识Hospitality/tourism industry knowledge
