Validate the potential of assigned accounts and create account plans as per the WHM hotel Business Development standard operating procedures.
2.增加签约客户满足销售目标并将利润最大化。
Grow assigned accounts so to meet fixed goals and maximise profitability.
3.收集现有的和潜在的客户信息,联系新开的公司。
Gather information on current and prospective clients / contacts to generate incremental business.
4.提供反馈给管理层针对情况的变化,包括竞争对手和市场的趋势。
Provide feedback to management on changing market conditions, including competition and market trends.
5.在适当情况下,当问题没有得到适当的解决时,能够作为调解客户与业务拓展团队成员之间更高级别的联络人。
Where applicable, act as escalation point for client and members of the Business Development Team when issues are not solved at a proper level.
6.客户会议的规划和实施以及酒店的参观路线的介绍。
Conduct client meetings as well as planning and coordinating site introduction tours and inspections.
7.保证精确和及时的更新销售系统里的相关活动以方便日后查询和管理。
Ensure accurate and timely updating of an accurate record of all relevant activities in the provided Sales System (i.e. Delphi; Opera; etc.) for future reference and control purposes.
8.更新客户联络档案,附上行动计划,确保信息的有效性。
Update Account and Contact profiles, attach Account plans, ensure ‘live’ information for action.
9.建立酒店在本地区的品牌知名度和美誉度。
Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.
10.履行其他上级主管分配的任务。
Perform other duties as assigned.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少三年大专学历,擅长英文口语和书写。
Minimum 3 years’ college education, good at English both speaking and writing.
2.至少三年年国际品牌酒店市场销售部经验,包括一年在管理层的经验。
Minimum 3 years international hotel experience in sales and marketing, including 1 years in a managerial capacity.
3.较强的人际交往和交流能力;积极进取;首创精神;自信;与商业和行业客户建立良好的关系。
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; aggressive; initiative; self-confident; established relationship with commercial and industry customers.
Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1、To determine the team assigned to their own sales objectives, to achieve the departmental business objectives under the leadership of the department manager.
在部门经理的带领下,确定团队分配给自己的销售目标,完成部门营业目标,
2、Continuously develop, develop new customers, represent the hotel through customer relationship management, maintain close contact with customers in the local and international markets and market the hotel.
不断开发、发展新客户,代表酒店通过客户关系管理,与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销酒店。
3、Communicate with other departments in a timely manner to ensure customer bookings.
及时与其他部门沟通,保证客户的预订。
Job Requirements

1、 Familiar with the local market
熟悉本地市场
2、College degree or above. One year working experience in the same position is preferred.
大专以上学历。有一年同岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
3、 Acquire certain market sales knowledge and skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's products and services.
掌握一定的市场销售知识和技巧,全面了解本酒店的产品和服务。
4、 Strong coordination, sales and social skills and written and oral expression ability.
