Ensuring guests receive the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. Maximize hotel revenue to achieve or exceed company’s budget and target. To follow policy and procedure in confirming room rate and deposit based on management courtesy. Be proactive in assisting reservation with all requests, ensure that the explanation is clear and updated, handle with helpful manner and friendly, and utilize guest name at all the times. Handling reservation and ensure getting all complete names, flight details, method of payment as well as correct contact details. To provide accurate information for other department in related to guest preference, time of arrival and departure mentioned on the booking. Cross checking "booking report" and " Expected Arrival report" generated by ACR/GDS/WEB to avoid discrepancies as well as ability to making sure interface is working in order. To improve and update knowledge of job, hotel facilities in general and be familiar with Aman resorts properties. Communicate with other department on any case to maximize guest satisfaction. Assist department head in compiling and preparing departmental reports and other related paper work. To update all contract/ agreement with agent, wholesaler, and outside company in related to room reservation and rate. Respect resorts policy and procedure for employee paper request related to personnel & Training and Accounting department. 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

【岗位职责】1、遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度；2、完成岗位工作任务，保障酒店、员工、客人的安全；3、值守消防和监控设备，及时发现和处理各种报警；4、发生火情时执行饭店的消防应急程序；5、准确操作中控室的各种设备处置发生在饭店的紧急情况；6、确保在规定的时限内完成工作。【岗位要求】1、在指定岗位上，完成安全保障和安全服务任务；2、持消防设施操作员中级证；3、发生火情时执行酒店的消防应急预案；4、利用监控设备发现可疑情况和可疑人；5、确认中控室的设备和其辅助设备处于良好工作状态；6、妥善保管各部门寄存的钥匙，钥匙借领手续齐全；7、高中以上学历，消防系统操作、计算机等专业；8、熟悉消防监控设备的使用和操作规程、电视监控等专业知识。

岗位职责 1、负责酒店公区清洁卫生；分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划； 2、确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制； 3、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对设施设备及各项物品进行检查； 4、检查所负责区域的设施和管理，抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率； 5、组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。 岗位要求 1、三年以上同岗位管理工作经验； 2、熟悉PA专业知识，熟练使用电脑； 3、掌握熟悉PA管理、服务流程和质量标准； 4、身体健康，具有组织协调能力、应变能力； 5、有地毯、大理石专业保养技能经验者优先。

【岗位职责】 1.确保所有织品和制服始终保持整洁以及工作的正常进行。 2.确保制服以及所有仓储物品充足供应，并保存完好。 3.对保存在仓库里的物品， 如制服，工服，布草以及织物进行精确的登记并依变化不断更新记录。 4.控制新员工制服、工鞋长短袜的发放工作，并保存记录。 5.负责每月布草盘点。 6.辅助客房部经理管理洗衣房运作。 【岗位要求】 1.同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2.良好的沟通协调能力。 3.有良好的服务意识及风险精神。
