岗位职责 1、根据集团运营需求，持续完善及优化集团全系列品牌工程管控体系。 2、负责确保工程管控体系在成员项目酒店的导入、培训及有效实施，保证项目酒店各项工程标准符合体系要求。 3、按照筹备开业时间节点和管理合同要求，定期开展筹开项目工程验收和运营项目工程审计。 4、在专业指导和协助下，负责建立和完善集团工程管控体系，编制及更新各类指导手册及文件。 5、实施对成员酒店及合同项目的集团工程体系专业导入，协助建立及完善项目酒店工程管理体系。 6、依据集团工程风险管控体系和管理合同的要求，不断优化完善集团对成员酒店工程审计体系及职能。 7、依据集团工程管控体系的要求，实施对合同管理项目的体系导入及执行常态化专业管理和支持工作；并确保顾问服务项目工程合同义务履约计划的落实。 岗位要求 1、大学本科及以上文化程度，需持有相关技术职称。具备五年以上工程总监工作经验，有酒店集团工作经验及筹备酒店工作经验。 2、熟练操作办公软件、CAD制图软件，掌握对各专业工程图纸的审图知识及技巧。 3、工作作风严谨，敬业、责任心强，具有较强的组织沟通协调能力和团队组建、协作能力。 4、体质良好，无重大继发性疾病，能承受紧张、高效工作节奏，适应因公出差和酒店项目驻场需要。
