To take telephone calls, take reservations and page guests.
接听餐厅的电话,并且正确的接受客人的预订。
Reconfirm all reservations of the respective day.
在每天餐段之前与客人进行预订的确认。
Check reservation with “in house guest list” and “VIP list”.
做好住店客人和贵宾客人的预订。
Handle and channel all messages received.
处理来自其他部门或者客人的留言。
To inform the guest about hotel facilities.
能全面的告诉客人酒店的设施。
Recommends changes in systems and procedures to increase efficiency and improve service.
推荐新政策和程序以提高服务的效率和质量。

Good communication skills and service oriented.

Oral fluency in Chinese & English.

Ensure that assigned colleague has reported to work; document any late or absent colleagues
确保排了班的同事按时到岗,记录迟到或缺席的同事
Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned colleague and review priorities

Assign designated guest room keys and phones

Communicate additions or changes to the assignment sheets as they arise throughout the shift.

Check Room Attendant's carts for proper supplies, neatness, cleanliness and mechanical problems.
