6、必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力
7、良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件
8、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧
9、独立工作和团队工作的能力
10、3年销售与市场推广方面的经验, 包括在国际连锁酒店的管理经验并有最少3年的销售经理经历

协助宴会餐厅经理全面负责监督、计划、控制及协调有宴会方面的工作。该职位在围绕酒店集团的作对的事情、体现关爱、求同存异、追求卓越、团队合作及品牌精神等方面发挥着领导作用。
Assists the Banquet manager in the overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in operation of the banquet. The position also plays a leading role in promoting the desired work culture around the Winning Ways of Do the right thing, Show we care, Celebrate difference, Aim higher and Work better together and the brand ethos.
及时报告餐饮部的原材料和其它物品的成本。监督酒店食品酒水的消耗和采购。确保食品酒水种类准确记录和安全的贮藏,完成食品酒水的月结程序。
Report the
cost of raw materials and other items to the F&B department in a timely
manner. Supervise the consumption and purchase of food and beverage. Ensure
the accurate record and safe storage of food and beverage, and complete the
monthly knot procedure of food and beverage.
遵守酒店的政策,确保各类物品的收货流程顺畅,确保各部门的日常运营。
Comply with
the hotel's policies, ensure the smooth receiving process of all kinds of
goods, and ensure the daily operation of all departments.
协助酒店各部门对HOE物品进行正确管理,确保OE类物品的各项记录完整。

Assist all

Responsible for market development to increase and retain customers.

Establish and maintain good customer relationships to increase sales revenue.
