In January 2020, Shangri-La Group brought its legendary “Hospitality from the Heart” and signature culinary experiences to Zhoushan. Under Phase I of the project development, Shangri-La present an entirely new hotel experience and product mix by focusing on its standalone food and beverage outlet - CHAO No.18 and its premium event-catering business. Shangri-La also pilot its new smart hotel technology in the 28 guestrooms in the Phase I opening.

We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Kitchen to join our team.
工作概述:
1、协助冷菜间的日常运营管理,确保冷菜出品质量、卫生标准及食品安全符合酒店要求;
2、协助冷菜厨师长研发新菜品,定期更新菜品以提升顾客满意度;
3、监督冷菜制作流程,控制食材成本,合理规划原料采购与库存管理;
4、检查冷菜间设备运行状况,确保工作环境安全、整洁,符合卫生规范;
5、协调与其他厨房部门的工作配合,确保出菜效率与整体运营顺畅。
岗位要求:
1、具备冷菜制作相关经验,熟悉各类冷菜工艺及摆盘技巧;
2、了解食品安全法规及厨房卫生管理标准,持有健康证;
3、工作细致认真,责任心强,能够承受高强度工作压力;
4、具备创新意识,能够根据市场需求调整菜品结构;
5、有酒店或高端餐饮行业工作经验者优先。

Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
The ability to ensure the kitchen daily operation of In Room Diningrestaurant, assisting sous chef in the daily management as well. Takes pride intheir work providing the highest quality of food.

Must have basic knowledge of cooking, full knowledge of sanitationrequirements in food handling.

Knows and understands department policies.

Requirements 任职资格:
Junior college or above, fluent written and oral communication skills inEnglish and excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese.
大专及以上学历,良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力,优秀的中文书面和口头沟通能力。
Follow up and ensure no details are overlooked. Assume personalresponsibility and accountability. Use thoughtful judgements. Avert or solveproblems discreetly and promptly.

Experience 经验要求:
Min 3 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel.
3年以上豪华酒店相关工作经验。

2、根据酒店需求,设计并开发符合标准的面点菜单,确保品种多样且符合客人喜好;
3、监督面点制作流程,确保食品安全、卫生标准及操作规范得到严格执行;
4、定期检查厨房设备,确保其正常运行,并及时上报维修需求;
5、协助采购部门进行原料验收,确保食材新鲜、优质且符合成本预算;
6、配合餐饮部完成各类宴会、活动的面点供应任务。
岗位要求:
1、具备扎实的面点制作技能,熟悉各类中式、西式面点的制作工艺;
2、了解食品安全法规及厨房卫生标准,具备较强的食品安全意识;
3、具备创新意识,能够根据市场需求调整面点品种;
