About the Role: Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Manager to join ourteam at Residence G Shenzhen. The Distribution Manager will be responsible foroverseeing and optimizing our distribution channels to ensure maximum occupancyand revenue of the Suite Rooms. This role requires a strategic thinker who candevelop and implement effective distribution strategies while collaboratingwith various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and optimizedistribution channels to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.
· Develop and implementdistribution strategies to enhance market presence.
· Collaborate with the sales andmarketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns.
· Monitor and analyzedistribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Ensure compliance with industryregulations and standards.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience indistribution management within the hospitality industry.
· Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication andnegotiation abilities.
· Proficiency in distributionmanagement software and tools.
· Ability to work effectively ina fast-paced and dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 3 years work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
