· The F&B promotion manager oversees the development, co-ordination and execution of all F&B Marketing, Communications and Sales related activities. Implementing actions and managing processes to drive growth and ensure that key business targets are achieved. This will be in line with accomplishing goals set forth in the Marketing Plan.

· Actively participate in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the F&B marketing budget.
