Job Describation 岗位职责:
1. Analyses market trends. Under the direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing, plans and implements proactive programs with Director of Sales to improve market share.

在酒店内管理所有的销售活动,包括客房销售、宴会销售及预订。
2. Responsible for ensuring coordination between the Events Management Department and Front Lines or Back-of-House Departments. Direct and drives all activities of the department, with specific responsibilities for ensuring high quality standards delivered by the Team, as well as developing and implementation action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan.
负责与宴会销售经理及后勤相关部门协调和沟通,指导并全程掌控会议及宴会销售部门所有活动,确保部门工作高效率、高品质完成,制定并实施市场营销计划。
3.Maintains close co-ordination with respective departments on organisers' requirements. Be visible to organiser and clients during their event/group dates and checks on guest satisfaction. Oversees the operation of the functions and works closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.

4.Responsible for the events distribution system according to group chart. Develops leads and handles inquiries for social events (eg. weddings / dinner & dance). Maximizes up-selling when possible.

5.Direct the appropriate use of sales automation ensuring that the information technology deployed is protecting our intellectual capital and making an efficient sales operation.

6. Reviews direct competition and market changes. Ensures complete awareness by the Events Management Team of how to meet these changes and of competitors’ activities at all times.

7. Responsible for quality control & production performance of group catering revenue and group room nights.

8. Develops on-going relationships with customers. Participates in relationship building visitations when necessary.

Ensure that the hotel is appropriately displayed in all distribution systems at all times to build revenues and maximise market share.

Job Requirement 岗位要求:
1. Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing; University Degree in Economics or related fields are preferred.
企业管理大学文凭,主导市场;经济或相关领域的大学本科学历优先。
2.A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the sales and marketing in the hotel industry
至少10年酒店行业市场营销相关工作经验。
3.Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. Strong leadership and management skills, goal focused. Self-motivated and self-driven. Independent and a good team player.
优秀的普通话及英语交流、读写能力。较强的领导及管理、目标导向能力。自我激励及推动,独立且具备良好的团队精神。

•Familiarize yourself with the contents of the menu and drink list, and can explain it to the guests in detail.
熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容,并可以向客人做出详细解释。
•Familiarize yourself with the food on the buffet table.
熟悉自助餐台上的食品。
•Respond positively to guest complaints and suggestions and give feedback to the restaurant manager with the necessary information.

•In the service time with a positive attitude, efficient and accurate positioning and to meet customer requirements and needs.

•Ensure that all standards in the Customer Service Guide, Standard Service Manual are consistently and effectively implemented throughout the department.
