Prepares, cooks food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards for the guests and associates by following instructions; Works in a Hygienic, safe, efficient and productive manner at all times; Familiarizes himself with menu and ingredient knowledge.

1.Supervises pastry preparation shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.

5.Trains associate in safety procedures and supervise their ability to follow loss prevention policies to prevent accidents and control costs.
