Replenishes guest supplies.

Ensures guest services specified by superiors andguests requests are promptly and courteously met.
维护房间质量,报告房间状态。
Maintains a section room report.
To provide both internal and external information. Anticipating guest’s needs and handling all kinds of inquiries. To support on assisting the revenue generating department achieving their goals. Coordinate the operation mainly in the lobby area. To provide the lateral assistance to ALL guests.
