8、3年以上销售与市场推广方面的经验, 包括在国际连锁酒店的管理经验并有最少1年的销售经理经历
JOB RESPONSIBILIES【岗位职责】
1.Responsible for daily floor work and handover arrangement and supervision.
负责每日楼层的工作及交接情况的安排和督查。
2.Keep abreast of the occupancy status of floor rooms.
随时掌握楼层客房的入住状况。
3.Pay attention to guest dynamics, deal with temporary problems, and report to the department manager in time when there are major problems.
关注宾客动态,处理临时发生的问题,有重大问题时及时向部门经理汇报。
4.Cooperate with quality inspection department to do a good job of spot check on guest rooms.
配合质检部做好对客房抽查工作。
5.Care about the work and life problems of employees and summarize them to the department manager in time.
关心员工的工作和生活问题,及时向部门经理汇总。
6.Keep abreast of reservation information and customer information, especially the names of hotel VIPs and regulars.
及时了解预定资料,了解客情,特别是酒店贵宾及常客的姓名。
7.Be familiar with the information inside and outside the hotel and provide accurate information service for guests.
熟知酒店内外信息,为客人提供准确的问询服务。
JOB SPECIFICATION【岗位要求】
1.At least 5 years working experience in high-star hotel, and at least 2 years experience as floor supervisor in five-star hotel.
5年以上高星级酒店工作经验,2年以上五星级酒店楼层主管经验。
2.College degree or above, with a certain foundation of spoken English.
大专以上学历,有一定的英语口语基础。
3.Familiar with the professional knowledge of room management
熟知客房管理专业知识。
4.Cheerful personality, practical work, strong sense of service and responsibility.
性格开朗、工作踏实,有较强的服务意识和责任感。
