岗位职责:
1. In line with prescribed WHM policies andprocedures. Overall responsible for Niccolo Kitchen administration andoperations of the sections appointed in the RB&E division. Maximizeprofits, saving cost and guest satisfaction.

2. Assist to ensure that the Food andBeverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, andthat the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
协助确保餐饮部运作符合其酒店策略,适当执行酒店规章。
3.Ensure the delivery of brand promiseand provide exceptional guest service at all times.
确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
4.Handle all guest and internalcustomer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

5.Spend time at Niccolo Kitchen (duringpeak periods) to ensure that they are managed well by the respective colleaguesand functions to the fullest expectations.

6.Assist the Outlet Manager to achievethe monthly and annual personal target and the outlet’s revenue.

7.Ensure that Food and Beveragecolleagues work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, ina spirit of “We work through Teams”.

任职资格:
1. University/ HigherDiploma graduate, major in Business Administration/ Hotel Management orequivalent.
大专学历,高级文凭持有者。行政管理或酒店管理及相关专业。
2. Catering schoolcertificate is an advantage.
餐饮学校文凭者优先
3. At least 2 yearsworking experience on the same position in RB&E.
至少2年酒店餐饮工作经验在同等职位。

Apply for a laundry room categories of goods and to ensure that chemicals are properly used, use the correct quantity to reduce costs, improve quality and avoid accidents

To the laundry Manager, and the Department of engineering report on issues related to device failure

Maintain the maintenance of the same height of working area clean and tidy
6. 将安全隐患及个人健康状况及时的汇报给洗衣房经理
Safety and personal health status reports in a timely manner to the laundry Manager
7. 坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序
Adhere to the system of hotel security, emergency provisions and procedures
8. 加强防火意识,杜绝火灾隐患
Strengthening the awareness of fire prevention, eliminate fire hazards
9.检查和监督员工按照标准的流程进行操作,并通过检查发现问题及时纠正
Inspection and monitoring employees operate according to the standards process, and by examining the problem and correct
10.确保客人洗衣和各部门的所有布草得到正确的洗涤并及时的返还
Ensure guest laundry and all linen is correct in all sectors of washing and timely return
● Direct receipt, qualificationand coordination of event & group requests (incl. leads, RFPs, etc.)defined by their direct supervisor.
直接接收、评定和协调来自直接上级的订单(包括信息,RFPs,等。)
● Handle requests according tothe relevant standards within a maximum of 5 (business) hours of its receipt.
在接到订单后5(工作)小时内按章相关标准处理请求。
● Apply the Kempinski MICE SOP’sfrom group enquiry to contracting.
将凯宾斯基MICE执行标准从集团要求落实在合同中。
● Ensure the ideal and mosteffective utilisation of the meeting and conference rooms.

● Carry out site inspections withpotential MICE clients in coordination with the Field Sales department.
配合销售团队发掘潜在MICE客户。
● Realise up sell possibilitiesto meet and surpass Group & Event budget goals.
有意识的提升销售可能性,以达到并超出宴会收益目标。
● Thoroughly input, supervise andmaintain the requests in the Opera S&C System according to the data inputstandards.
根据相关数据输入标准,完成、监督并维护Opera S&C系统中的输入。
● Create activities to ensureongoing maintenance of bookings.
创造活动以确保后续持续的预定。
● Generate proper proposals andcontracts.
创建恰当的报价书及合同。
● Follow up on sent out proposalswithin 24 hours (1 working day) to ensure the client has received theinformation and to clarify possible questions and issues.

● Handle the enquiries untilconversion to definite bookings including negotiation, contracting, and siteinspection before handing over to the Event Manager (or to the Group &Event Coordinator).

● Ensure a proper handover of theconverted business to the Event Manager / Group & Event Coordinator withall relevant information forwarded.

● Conduct exit interview withimportant customer after their event – asking for future business.

● Conduct regular competitionchecks.

● Review monthly results andforecasts to recommend and execute activities required to ensure the hotelincreases the market share and maximises its revenue.
