Under the guidance supervision of the H and establish policies Directorof Service procedures of the Hotel and the Housekeeping Department, supervisethe activities and behaviour of Room attendants / housemen to ensure clean, orderlyand attractive guestrooms and surrounding public area; Suggest and developtraining programs to improve efficiency, productivity and performance of Roomattendants/housemen.

Take food and beverage orders,retrieve and serve alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables.

Assist in the maintenance of the bar counter area and equipment.
协助维护酒吧区域的设备设施。
Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist them in seating, ensuring restaurant’s standard of service.
礼貌地问候和引导客人至餐桌,帮助客人入座,确保餐厅的服务标准。
Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the hostess stand, cashier area, cloak area and the dining room at all times.
协助做好餐厅服务准备并随时维护迎宾区域,收银区域,衣帽间和餐厅的清洁。
Consult on daily basis with the Restaurant Sales department. Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check the previously ordered items (cake, flowers, etc) and inform the restaurant kitchen and service staff of all pre- booked menu and special menu requests of the guests. Besdies the mentioned all critical tasks, for cross over lateral service in different department are required.
