岗位要求 1、中专以上文化。 2、熟练电脑操作。 3、工作细心、条理性强。 4、负责日常办公用品保管、发放和领用登记工作。 5、负责管理员工宿舍日常卫生巡查，宿舍资产维护及跟进工程维修，日常盘点及员工用餐安排。 6、协助人事主管跟进各类行政费用的支出、报销工作，并做好费用支出记录台账。 7、协助行政人事主管处理各类收、发文，会议通知、会议纪要等事务 8、负责本部门员工工作总结计划表和绩效考核表的收集汇总工作。 9、有一定写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。 10、领导交代的其他工作任务并主动汇报工作情况。 11、有相关工作经验的优先。

1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验2年以上，接受过酒店预订业务技能培训。 2.普通话清晰，具有良好的沟通能力，能够实现酒店客房预订率最大化 3.能够督导员工的预订工作，指导员工提高电话销售能力。

岗位职责 1.按照酒店规程清扫客房，及时补充客房用品，控制物料消耗。 2.发现房间设备损坏，地毯、墙纸污迹应做好记录，及时通知客房中心。 3.严格执行安全制度，确保客房安全。 4.及时反馈宾客信息和意见。 5.在早班不在时协助楼层完成对客服务工作和相关后勤保障工作。 6.完成领导交办的其它工作任务。
