岗位职责 1.按照下达的任务单，组织面点师制作各种面点产品。 2.检查本组员工仪容仪表及个人卫生。 3.注重质量，严格把好面点制作质量关。 4.协助厨师长拟定点心成本及控制毛利率。 5.提出面点新品种及推销方案报厨师长审定。 6.负责本组员工的考勤工作。 7.根据员工特点搞好技术指导和业务培训。 岗位要求 具有西饼房相关管理工作经验3年以上。 熟悉西式面包制作，有一定的创新意识

岗位职责 1.拟定酒店促销活动，完成团队和散客销售目标。 2.达到并超过宴会销售预算期望。 3.监督销售量、调整销售活动，完成计划目标。 4.与会议相关部门的沟通，取得销售方面的信息和支持。 5.在部门年度预算内，推行销售计划。 6.保存以前、现在有潜力客户的资料。 7.制定临时时间表，记录上月的销售活动,收集每天的销售拜访记录并存档，与新老客户建立良好的关系。 岗位要求 1.三年以上同岗位工作经验。 2.了解旅游产业和宴会销售。 3.有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神，拥有良好的沟通协调能力，良好英语能力。 4.精通市场开发，公共关系，经营策划，贵宾接待及形象推广等。 5.有独立组织项目营销工作能力，兼备项目策划和市场分析能力。
