As a Service Associate - F&B (Reservation), we rely on you to:
1. To be well-versed in all reservations handling and process, proficient in operating the reservations systems and equipment.
2. To provide prompt, courteous and efficient service at all times. To answer the phones within three rings.
3. To upsell whenever possible to maximize on occupancy and revenues.
4. To ensure that all reservations are entered accurately and "mesh" update maintained consistently.
5. To fully understand market segmentation to accurately "qualify" reservations.
6. To handle incoming reservation requests/correspondence, confirming or regretting on the day received.
We are looking for someone who:
1.Minimum one years' experience in an International class Hotel;
2.Good health, able to work under pressure;
