需出差并参与对职业技术学校、学院、高等院校的考察、招聘活动甚至相应的宣讲授课。
参与校企合作协议、网络招聘协议、其他人力中介机构或劳务外包合作单位等相关合同条款的审核,必要时候进行资质审查并提供个人专业建议,监管合同执行情况及实际服务质量、以及相关用工的审核及付款事宜。
组织实习生相关的欢迎、欢送及日常的沟通会,跟进实习生培养项目的落实、实习生绩效的评估,促进最大化的实习生留任转正率。
更新并管理招聘系统及其他人事系统数据,能够给他人进行培训。
