岗位职责： 1、安排与调配所辖员工的每日工作，督导楼层服务员及清洁工作； 2、协助客房主管处理客人的投诉，并向楼层主管汇报异常情况； 3、检查房间的维修保养事宜，安排客房的大清洁计划和周期卫生计划； 4、掌握所辖楼层的物品存贮及消耗情况； 5、控制楼层客用品及清洁用品的领用、发放、保管好布草； 6、巡视所负责的楼层及房间，检查房间的清洁卫生达标及设备完好情况； 7、安排所辖楼层客房卫生清理及送洗布草的接送工作； 8、检查所有紧急出口和员工楼梯、保持畅通； 9、协助主管做好对于员工的培训。 任职要求： 1、教育：具有大专及以上学历或同等以上文化程度，条件特别优秀者条件可以放宽； 2、经验：有3年以上酒店客房管理工作经验；
