· Preparation of the Daily Food and Beverage Report pertaining to the daily cost of food consumed, as well as employees’ meals.
准备每日关于食品消耗的食品和酒水报告,同时包括员工餐厅的餐费
· Supervise the monthly stock-take of food and beverage inventories and the bi-annual stock-take of operating equipment.
执行和监督每月食品和酒水盘点工作,以及每半年的运营设备的盘点.
· Participate in the monthly market survey of food/beverage and general store items, when needed.
必要时参加每月食品/酒水以及总仓物品的市场调查.
· Prepare monthly food and beverage cost and the applicable journal vouchers
计算每月食品和酒水成本及制作相关的分类帐凭证.
· Perform any other task assigned by the Cost Controller.
履行成本控制经理分配的其他工作.
· Assist in the day to day function of the Accounts Payable section relating to Cost Control.
协助应付帐款处理与成本控制有关的日常业务.
· Supervise the Cost Clerk.

Maintain the working condition of AC facilities; minimize the power consumption and operational cost; make a good record of monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance reports.

This position is concerned with the maintenance ,repair and operation of sound system and associated equipment of the hotel including public address system, security monitoring system, in-house movie system, back-ground music system, satellite system ,telephone system and fire alarming system
in the hotel, ensuring the highest quality maintenance and maximum client satisfaction.

This position is concerned with the power supply in usual operation in the hotel. Proper functioning of all electrical equipment and appliances in the hotel.
强电工:配电值班保证酒店电力正常供给. 维护酒店所有电气设备和设施的正常运行。
Manage the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents in a cost-effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment.
装饰工:有效地管理酒店的建筑,室内外地面和设施的维护保养,确保所有饰面处于良好状态。
This position is concerned with the operation and maintenance of all the boilers and associated equipment in the hotel.
锅炉工:负责锅炉及相关设备的运转和维修保养。
This position is concerned with repairing and maintaining of all the woodwork in the hotel, helping construct other works including items required for functions and other departments.
木工:负责酒店内的所有木制物品的维修保养。帮助制作宴会或会议所需的物品以及其他部门的要求。
This position is concerned with all the paint work in the hotel to maintain all work in an “As New” condition throughout the hotel. To ensure all surfaces are kept in perfect condition and assist in new works, renovations alterations and decorative work as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责:
Maintenance of all FSAA aspects within the hotel operation.

Responsible for supervising the activities of the Demi Chef and Commis Chef in the performance of their jobs during the shift.
在工作期间负责管理中级厨师和初级厨师的工作。
Responsible for following consistently the quality standard of food preparation and presentation established for the outlets and banquet.
负责其部门的餐牌,自助餐摆设和宴会部的食品预备和摆设。
Responsible for proper utilization of energy, fuel , water, gas and other supplies in relation to operation.
负责控制能量消耗,特别是燃料,水,石油气和其他与厨房操作相关的供应品。
Responsible for following cleaning schedule to maintain sanitation and hygiene in his/her section.
负责厨房的设备和卫生清洁达到高水准。
Responsible for ensuring sufficient manpower to suit volume of business during the shift.

Responsible for ensuring availability of fresh food supplies and other operating supplies to operate his/her section in the kitchen, during a shift.
确保在轮班时, 厨房在运作过程中有足够的新鲜食品和供应品。
Have the obligation to check the quality of food and raw materials from suppliers with receiving department.
负责本部门所有厨房设备的正确操作, 维护且有良好的工作状况。
Responsible for proper handling, maintenance and working condition of all equipment in his/her section.
有义务配合收货部检查验收供应商提供食物或原材料的质量。
Performs other related duties & special assignments as required by immediate superior.
执行相关的职责和上级下达的工作和任务。
To be aware of functions, new promotions or any other relevant information and inform the kitchen team as required.

The Guest Service Agent greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service. He / she checks guests in and out, resolving guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel. This role upgrades guests as required and promotes the hotel's services. As the Guest Service Agent, responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards as below:
热情友好的问候客人,确保提供高效一致的服务。对入住期间的各种需求和问题予以快速解决,销售酒店各项产品确保利润最大化。具体职责如下:
· Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rates. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guests'needs, code electronic keys, confirms the room number and rates with a written confirmation.
根据预订优质快速的为客人办理入住手续,确认相关信息,如:房价,人数等,依客人喜好予以排房。向客人介绍酒店各种宣传促销活动及推销希尔顿荣誉客会 给非会员,吸引新会员的加入。指引去房间的方向并解释房卡的使用方法等。
· Assist guests with check-out payments or charges, accepting and recording vouchers, credits, traveller's checks and other forms of payment, converting foreign currency at current posted rates.
确保入住期间的各项需求能有效满足,帮助客人办理外币兑换及结帐手续。接收现金,信用卡,旅行支票,公司或第三方付费等付款方式。
· Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome with a positive and clear speaking voice, listen and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information such on outlet hours, special VIP programs, events, etc.
热情友好的问候客人,对客人的合理需求予以积极恰当的回应。准确提供各种信息如:酒店营业场所的营业时间及VIP促销计划等。
· Record guests'complaints, conducting thorough research to develop the most effective solution and negotiate results.Listen and extend assistance in order to resolve problems.
沉着冷静的应对和处理各类客人投诉。
· Take on an active role in the team by being kind, cooperative, and helpful and never forgetting the person behind the guest.
