• Manage operation of Concerto and Opera in order to monitor occupancy, managing overbooking, and tracking of promotional offers, denials, regrets and rate change accuracy.
熟练运用Concerto 和Opera 系统控制住房率、管理超额预订、追踪推广价的预订、拒绝、谢绝的预订数量及价格更改的准确性。
• Control rooms inventory including allocation and reservations to areas of maximum yield. Assist the revenue team in achieving maximum room rate, yield and conversions management.
房量控制包括:预留房及相关方面的房间预订从而最大限度地增加酒店的收入。协助收入团队最大限度地达到高房价、高产量和高转换。
• Leading the reservations team to improve their up selling skills and further improve the average room rate and overall yield penetration.
带领团队不断提高对酒店产品增销的能力与技巧,为进一步提高收入,做到收入最大化而努力。
• Ensuring effective communication with other departments on promotional activities within the hotel, including Food & Beverage and Room promotions to assist in achieving /exceeding our revenue goals.
确保与其他部门就酒店内的宣传活动:包括餐饮及客房的推广活动,进行有效的沟通,以确保推广达到或超越预期目标。
• Manage and maintain Concerto and Opera close out/opening-up dates/times and with the help on Yielding management, ensuring right set up on Rate and Yielding restrictions in systems.
管理和维护Concerto和Opera系统价格开放/关闭的日期及时间,确保正确的价格及产量限制等设置。
• Ensure right data input in STR report and send out the daily STR report to all related persons on time.
确保每天输入STR中数据的准确度,并且每天及时发出STR报表给相关管理层。
• Answer incoming phone calls primarily from internal and external callers in a timely and professional manner that reflects highly on the hotel and brand.
• 负责及时和用体现酒店和品牌的专业态度接听内外部电话。
【岗位职责】
1、准备所有的配料并制作各种面包、面包卷、西点等食品;
Prepare all ingredients and make various foods such as bread, bread rolls, and western pastries.
2、确保有足量的面包供应。
Ensure an adequate supply of bread.
3、负责操作间的日常卫生、工具清洁及收藏;
Be responsible for the daily hygiene of the operation room, cleaning and storing tools.
4、负责工作结束后的原料收藏、工具清洁、环境卫生的清洁、能源的关闭;
Be responsible for storing raw materials, cleaning tools, cleaning the environmental hygiene, and turning off energy sources after work.
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉面包西饼等的制作工艺及技能;
Familiar with the production processes and skills of bread, pastries, etc.
2、熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪;
Familiar with relevant knowledge and etiquette of Western cuisine.
3、有星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包西饼制作工作经验优先。
Priority will be given to those with work experience in making bread and pastries in star-rated hotels or Western restaurants.
