1、Receive and confirm all guest room reservations.
接收并确认所有的房间预订。
2、Take and processes reservation requests received by phone, letter, fax etc. sends confirmations.
接受通过电话,信件,传真等方式的预订并发回确认。
3、Answer enquiries about hotel services and facilities; Answers questions on rates and room type available.
回答关于酒店服务和设施的询问;回答房价和房间类型的询问。
4、Sort and classify reservations into several types such as VIP commercial firms, group and regular FIT, etc.
