Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1. Responsible for the effective execution of the e-commerce strategy to enhance F&B. Promote and sell hotel F&B and related products to potential guests by developing F&B marketing plans and making good use of online sales channels and platforms according to the local needs of the hotel.
负责有效执行提升餐饮的电子商务战略。通过制定餐饮营销计划,并根据酒店的当地需求,良好利用线上销售渠道和平台,向潜在客人推广销售酒店餐饮及相关产品。
2. Participate in online customer conversations and web review management to build brand awareness, customer satisfaction.
参与在线客户对话与网评管理,建立品牌知名度、客户满意度。
3. Assist in the development of direct booking marketing programs, targeted campaigns and activation channels to increase consumer awareness and selection bias.
协助制定直接预订的营销计划、有针对性的活动和激活渠道,以提高消费者的认知度和选择偏好,提高市场份额,建立更广泛的产品组合和品牌知名度。

7、Actively disseminate product information to create awareness of the hotel within the responsible market.

8、Manage customer file database and update customer files manually or by computer.
