【岗位职责】
Responsible for allaspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the qualitypreparation of all menu items and proper handling/ storage of all food items inaccordance with standards. Coordinates thepurchase of all food and develops menus, maintaining approved food costs andlabor costs.
全面负责厨房及厨房部门的人事管理,依据标准确保所有菜牌项目的出品质量以及恰当处理食品的存储。协调所有食品的采购及菜单的开发,维持已核准的食品成本及人力成本。
【岗位要求】
High school diploma or equivalent vocational trainingcertificate. 高中文凭或同等学历
Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship. 厨房培训或学徒资历证明
3 years experience in a similar position at aFive-star hotel or restaurant. 五星级酒店或餐厅同等职位经验三年
Ability to work all stations in kitchen. 能够胜任厨房任何岗位
Food handling certificate. 食品操作资格证明
Ability to communicate in English with guests,co-workers and management to their understanding. 能够用英文与客人、同事及管理层沟通
Ability to compute basic mathematicalcalculations. 掌握基本的数学运算
Ability to provide legible communication. 发出的沟通信息清晰明确
Knowledge of food cost controls. 了解食品的成本控制
