【岗位职责】 礼宾员： 1、对酒店的宾客提供礼貌专业的服务，协助重要宾客的入住和离店。 2、管理行李房，确保所有的行李有行李标签并且安全存放在合适的位置。 3、负责所有的特殊事情和酒店服务的有关信息的公告。 4、确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态。 餐饮服务员： 1、熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容，并可以详细的给客人做出解释。 2、熟悉所有餐厅及度假村其他部门的营业时间。 3、遵守服务程序，保证餐厅的各个区域都符合服务标准。 4、通过物资准备，餐厅布置，餐饮设备准备，服务准备等，来支持或协助餐饮服务团队的工作。 【岗位要求】 1、有志在酒店行业发展的在校大学生； 2、对担任酒店管理人员具有高度期望； 3、热爱服务行业，具有良好的顾客服务意识、亲和力、沟通技巧和团队合作精神。

【岗位职责】 1、一般办公室的职责，以支持销售及市场推广（例如，归档，发送电子邮件，打字，传真，复印等）。 2、在整个销售过程中准备销售相关的文件（例如，建议书，合同，或宴会活动的订单）。 3、促进内部和外部品牌形象的认识。收集材料及组织信息包（例如，小册子，宣传材料）。 4、使用销售技巧，最大限度地提高收益，同时保持现有客户对酒店的忠诚度。 5、输入，检索，调和，并验证信息（例如，佣金，询价，第三方）在销售过程中所涉及的软件。 6、回答客人有关酒店设施/服务的问题（例如，各部门运作时间，价格和房间类型，大包产品，促销，娱乐，餐厅，特殊活动等）。 7、作为客户与酒店的连接点，通过电话和电子邮件与客户沟通，响应其问题和要求。 【岗位要求】 1.市场营销，酒店管理等相关专业优先。 2.具备良好的沟通、协调和团队合作能力。
