We are currently looking for a Service Associate – Service Center to join our team.
As a Service Associate – Service Center, we rely on you to:
1. To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Telephone / Service Centre e.g. PABX / Call Centre System / Call Accounting Software.
2.Ensures all calls from guests and external calls are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s and Shangri-La policies and procedures.
3.Demonstrate and practice the Guidance Principle according to the “Shangri-La Culture”.
4.Ensures that procedures set with regards to guest confidentiality are strictly adhering to.
5. Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the Service Manager.
We are looking for someone who:
1.Presentable, Communication skills, Good Health, Articulate.
2.Has a good grasp of both written and spoken English.
3.Ability to interact, Takes ownership and initiative.
4.Knowledge of computer, Able to work flexible hours.
