【工作职责】
1、 根据酒店的工作要求,结合部门的经营策略,制定工作计划和营销方案,并定期进行工作总结。
2、 落实部门的工作计划与制度实施,维持部门的日常运作,检查下属的工作情况,及时发现问题,解决问题。
3、负责酒店写字楼、公寓和商铺的租赁销售,做好客户档案登记和联系,发展潜在新客户。
4、 随时协调物业销售部和市场营销部其他分部以及酒店其他部门之间的的工作,代表部门参加各种工作沟通会议。
5、 随时协助销售部整体工作。为完成部门预算,酒店规划目标,配合部门总监的销售策略,协助同事理解及共同完成指标。
6、 完成上司分配的其他工作任务。
另有租赁销售提成。
