工作职责：（急聘） 1、根据公司发展战略，制定和高效执行人力资源规划与开发计划 2、组织建立外部招聘渠道和公共关系，掌握信息，改善管理，运用监督、检查、沟通、协调管理技能，支持服务于职能部门的员工管理，处理劳动争议，建立和谐的劳资关系 3、掌握公司人员需求情况，对用人部门提出的招聘要求进行审核，有针对性地组织参加招聘，为满足公司经营需求吸纳优秀人才 4、依据外部市场竞争趋势，建立具有竞争力，公平性的薪酬管理体系，激励员工的潜力和积极性，增强公司凝聚力 5、设定公司培训体系，实施培训目标，开发人才，提高素质，增加公司发展动力 6、建立公司人事绩效考核体系和各项规章制度，提高管理者素质，加速提升公司管理水平 7、根据企业发展实际状况，敏锐捕捉各种信息，及时整合、完善各种管理制度 8、依据人力资源政策，组织部门内职位设置，人员聘用，实施培训，考核，晋升，激励，提高员工素质，完成部门的职责目标 10、熟悉劳动法，负责企业劳动合同的规范管理 11、负责企业劳动年检的相关工作 12、及时完成上级主管交办的其他工作事项 任职资格： 资历：大专以上学历，管理类专业毕业 经验：5年（含）以上相关工作经验，民营企业 技能：；善于沟通，公正客观的工作风格；强烈敬业精神；企业认同感强 有杭州或周边实习生招聘、劳务招聘资源者优先录用

任职资格 Qualification       1、招聘酒店前台、餐饮、总机、礼宾实习生。 Recruit Front Desk,F&B ,Call Center , Concierge interns. 2、应届毕业生。 Graduates 3、至少在岗六个月以上，可开具实习鉴定。 At least six months of work, can issue an internship appraisal. 4、工作认真负责，热爱酒店业。 Serious and responsible work, love the hotel industry. 5 、五天八小时，包食宿。 F ive days and eight hours, including work meal and accommodation.

1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验2年以上。 2、熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。 3、督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。 4、有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。 5、英语对话流利，有较强的协调管理能力，具有一定的销售能力。 6、全面掌握前台收银方面的财务基础知识，能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面的问题。
