【岗位职责】 1、查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理； 2、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来电的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动； 3、熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益； 4、熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务； 5、熟练掌握店内信息，提供准确的问讯服务； 6、负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续； 7、制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上文化程度，6月及以上实习期，良好的英语口语； 2、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感； 3、通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。

Present menu to guest, answer guest inquiriesand offer food, beverage and service suggestion. 向客人呈送菜单，回答客人问询并为客人提供关于食品、饮料及服务的建议。 4. Make order according to the procedures set andserve guests food and drink. 根据所定的程序接受点菜并为客人服务食品及饮料。 5. Fully conversant with all aspects of theInfrasys System. 完全了解电脑系统的各方面。 6. Record the guest order and provide products andservices, without undue delay. 记录客人点菜并及时提供产品和服务，不得无故延误。 7. Ensure well prepare before the meal according torequirement and operation need. 确保根据要求和运作需要做好餐前准备工作。 8. Ensure that the outlet is kept clean andorganized, both at the front as well as the back of house. 清洁并重新摆设餐台和餐桌。 9. Ensure that all cups are clean and light. 确保所有杯具的光亮、洁净。 10. Carry out any other reasonable duties andresponsibilities as assigned. 执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。 任职资格： 1.   High Schoolgraduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent. 高中及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业。 2.   1 years relatedexperience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. 一年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。

岗位职责： 1、负责酒店日常财务账务处理（如凭证录入、账目核对等），确保财务数据准确合规；完成财务报表编制、税务申报等基础工作，配合集团审计、专项检查等事务。 2、协助编制酒店年度预算、月度滚动预算，跟踪预算执行情况，定期进行预实对比分析，输出预算执行报告。 3、对酒店收入、成本、利润等核心数据进行分析；撰写财务分析报告，提出改进建议。 任职资格： 1、学历及专业：统招本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理、审计学等相关专业；持CPA/中高级会计师资格者优先； 2、年龄与经验：35岁以内，3年以上相关工作经验，有大型房地产、酒店行业经验者优先； 3、具备会计师事务所审计经验或大型企业财务分析经验者优先； 4、熟练使用SAP、久其等财务专用软件，Excel、PPT、Word等日常工作软件； 5、逻辑清晰，具备独立分析能力，抗压能力强； 6、工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，主动推动工作顺利实施。
