Front Desk Supervisor is responsible assist FD Manager to monitor discipline, grooming and performance of all associates within front desk, and lead each of the FD shift to provide guest service as well as to handle the daily reservations and check-in and check-out of guests. It belongs to basic level management.

1.Responsible for the operation of the Laundry Department during the shift.
2.Has a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of how to operate all equipment in the Laundry.
3.Assist in the department’s administration.
4.Ensure guest calls and requests are handled in a friendly, correct and efficient manner.
5.Ensure guest laundry charges are posted correctly and promptly.
6.Ensure that all guest items are treated carefully, to minimize any damages.
Maintain quality control for in-house linen and uniforms.
