2. Complywith the Swisstouches's professional ethics requirements, maintain theSwisstouches 's image and interests, have no business immorality, keep HRdepartment secrets, and cooperate with the publicity of the company.
遵守公司职业道德要求,维护公司形象和利益,无商业不道德行为,保守人事机密,配合宣传公司。
Personnel人事
1. Submit various human resources reports andreports required by the group on time every month, including human resources weekly, monthly, work summary and plan, etc.
每月按时提交集团要求的各类人力资源的报表及报告,包括不限于:人力资源周报、月报、年中/终工作总结等。
2. Ensure the timely upload and submission ofSwisstouches hotels and resorts human resource reports, including monthly workplan, annual work plan, annual work goal etc.
督促并确保集团旗下酒店人力资源报告的按时上传与提交,包括不限于:集团旗下酒店月度工作计划、年度工作计划、年度工作目标等。
3. Swisstouches hotel personnel deployment andtask force follow-up, systematic management of the group internal personnelarrangements.
集团旗下酒店家庭成员人事调配及支援工作的跟进,系统的管理集团内部的人事工作安排。
4. Assist the Swisstouches Hotels & ResortsHRM to complete the internal and external audit work
协助集团人力资源经理完成对内部及外部审计工作的进行。
5. Maintains manual and electronic personnelfiles, ensuring that required record keeping is accurate.
维护及管理集团人力资源运营手册及电子人事档案以确保所有记录的正确性。
6. Record the attendance of all family membersin Head Office, ensure that the family members' leave records are updated intime (including annual leave records, business trips and sick leave)
总部所有家庭成员考勤的记录,确保的家庭成员假期记录得到及时更新(包括家庭成员年假记录,出差和病假情况)
7. Ensure Head Office family members' salary,social insurance and other benefits are implemented in accordance withstandards and relevant policies;
确保总部家庭成员薪资、社保及其它福利按照标准及相关政策执行;
8. Foreign family members related documentsprocessing
外籍家庭成员相关证件办理工作。
9. Head Office family members and key positionsof each property KPI accounting
总部家庭成员及各店关键职位绩效核算。
10.Cooperate with the HRM to complete varioustasks assigned by the Head Office.
配合人力资源经理完成集团交办的各项工作。
Qualifications Guidelines:
任职要求:
1. Be friendly,optimistic, proactive, and can integrate into Swisstouches’ business culture:“HOME”.
友好乐观,积极主动的工作,能够融入瑞斯丽“家”的企业文化。
2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in HumanResources Management or related majors.
本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或其他相关专业。
3. Have 2-3 years’ working experience in hotel personnel work, or have an equivalenteducation background or have related working experience.
2-3年酒店人事工作经历,或与此相当的教育背景和相关工作经验。
4. Have good verbal and written communicationskills, have good language communication abilities in both Chinese and English.
在口头和书面上有良好的沟通技巧,并且拥有良好的中英文语言交流能力。
