1. To complete all sales activities outlined in the action plan and tactical promotions.
2. Develop qualified corporate accounts by analysing historical and other statistical information, potential on room night production, catering and F&B revenue.
3. Responsible for the solicitation and servicing of business, particularly for guest rooms, food and beverage, banqueting facilities for meetings and outside catering sales by means of personal sales calls with a minimum of 20 calls weekly.
4. Develop non-producing corporate accounts.
5. To submit weekly sales calls plan by the last working day of the week to the Director of Sales.
6. Entertain accounts with the Director of Sales, and schedule person/company to be entertained in the weekly sales call plan and report in the daily line up meeting.
7. Attend daily line up and Business travel team DE-briefing actively by providing relevant information such as competitors activities, trends etc.
8. To enter daily sales calls summary of accounts into the Opera or CI/TY system and ensure group block form is raised.
9. Conduct hotel site inspections and in-house sales presentations.
10. Review and evaluate new accounts performances with the Director of Sales and ensure proper follow-up is conducted.
11. Demonstrate the best product knowledge of the Hotel and its business to perform day-to-day functions.
12. Reach and exceed budget / forecast and goal per month.
13. Accuracy of monthly forecast should be within a variance of 2%
14. Constantly research new avenues for revenue-producing areas and up-selling.
15. Ensure accurate tracking of quarterly booking goals on a monthly basis.

有米其林、黑珍珠、连续三年必吃榜中餐地方菜经验优化录用

至少2年同岗位或副经理的工作经验。

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with the hotel's policies, guidelines, and brand standards.
Ensure all team members adhere to the hotel's grooming and personal hygiene standards.
Prepare analytical reports for events or large banquets in the Chinese restaurant.
Handle all guest feedback during operations and record it in the department logbook.
Design and maintain guest (including VIP guest) records.
Monitor and maintain the budget and revenue of the Food & Beverage department.
Job Requirements:
Fluency in Chaoshan dialect or work experience in the Chaoshan region in the same position is preferred.
Candidates with experience in Michelin-starred, Black Pearl, or consecutive three-year Must-Eat List Chinese local cuisine restaurants will be prioritized.
Comprehensive knowledge of Chinese Food & Beverage department operations.
At least 2 years of working experience in the same position or as an assistant manager.
Proactive, motivated, and energetic.
DUTIES
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Revenue Optimization the Reservations Manager is responsible of the supervision of all activities pertaining to the Reservation Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profits.
To review task process and staff productivity to ensure that work standards are consistently met.
To ensure that all official correspondence is filed properly.
To guide and supervise reservation agents in the daily tasks to ensure a consistently high quality of work.
To handle special projects delegated by the Director of Revenue Optimization.
To manage periodic team roster and keep a check on the team attendance.
Responsible for the management of Reservation Department of 3 hotels in Shenzhen Area.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel.
Knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Events Management, Communications and Reservations functions.
Strong leadership & organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
A leader with the ability, to coach, train and develop others.
Works
closely with the Director/Assistant Director of Event in the overall Events
Sales and Operations, which include the planning, directing and implementation
of Catering/Events strategies towards maximizing potential revenues and yield
Achieving
personal Events sales budget figures.
Achieve the
required number of sales call and entertainment per week as agreed upon
management.
Cover the
agreed upon Industry the fullest extent for maximum business opportunities.
Plan, prep, set up and prepare quality products in all areasof the Pastry/Bake Shop to include, but not limited to pastries, desserts,breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, jams, displays/centerpieces in accordancewith departmental quality standards and specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitationof work areas and equipment.
