Asthe manager, will be in charge of the management of Housekeeping Department,and ensure that all Ascott standards are adhered to.
负责客房部的管理,使之达到雅诗阁所要求的标准。
Major Responsibility主要工作职责
· Participate in the formulation andimplementation of housekeeping policies and regulations. Update the workflow indaily work, improve the work efficiency of the department.
参与制定并执行客房部的相关政策及规定,在日常工作中保持工作流的持续更新,提高部门的工作效率。
· Draw up the annual budget of the department andensure the department operating expenses are controlled within the budget.
制定部门的年度预算,并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。
· Organize and formulate department workprocedure and work evaluation.
组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。
· Supervise staff to comply with the rules andregulations, leads by example to work strictly in accordance with the specifiedoperating procedures and service standards.
督导客房部的员工遵守规章制度,同时以身作则,严格按规定的操作流程和服务标准工作。
· Keep track of daily room situation, guide Supervisors’management, implement comprehensive work plan and be responsible for departmentwork outcomes.
掌握每日客房情况,指导客房领班层管理人员,落实全面的工作计划并对部门工作结果负责。
· Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of guestfacilities, public areas and back office (per the property’s actual situation)and be responsible for the work outcomes.
监督住客设施、公共区域及后勤区域(根据物业实际情况)的清洁和维护,并对工作结果负责。
· Coordinate with the Sales Department, guaranteethe best occupancy rate, ensure that apartments and equipments are clean. Strictlycontrol the number of maintenance rooms and urge the timeliness of maintenance.
配合销售部门,保证客房最大出租率和客房设备设施清洁方面的完好。严格控制维修房的数量和督促维修时效性。
· Establish and control the washing requirementsand washing quality of laundry and linen and check regularly to ensure thestandard of laundry ironing service.
制定和控制客衣与布草的洗涤要求和洗涤质量,定期加以检查、保证客衣熨洗服务的水准
· Work closely with other department managers to contributeto the operation of the property.
及时与其他部门经理做好沟通协调工作,确保物业的正常运营。
· Strengthen connection with other Ascottproperties, make sure the information sharing requested by guest service.
加强与雅诗阁旗下其他服务公寓之间的联络,确保客人服务要求的信息共享。
· Assist to meet and provide a fond farewell toimportant/group guests, provide service for important activities/events.
协助重要客人和团体客人的迎送工作及重要活动场面的服务工作。
· Understand and familiar with the related brand knowledgeand actively participate in various activities organized by the property.
了解和熟悉对应的品牌知识,积极参加物业组织的各类活动。
· Check and confirm readiness of apartments forVIP/VVIP, visit guests on special occasions, e.g. ill guests, long-stay guests.
检查并确认VIP/VVIP贵宾房准备情况,在特殊情况下探望客人,如患病的客人,长期入住的客人。
· Ask guests their opinion of housekeeping work,deal with complaints properly, improve housekeeping service.
主动征询宾客意见,妥善处理宾客投诉,努力改进服务工作。
· Monitor and control items consumption and the usageof cleaning equipments, manage regular stock inventory, responsible for the inventoryresult.
监督、控制客房各种物品的消耗以及清洁设备的使用,定期做好部门的盘点工作,对盘点结果负责。
· Control Lost & Found, report management andfile storage, conduct expenditure estimates. Participate in the formulation andeffective implementation of the department's expenditure budget, activelyinnovate and take effective cost reduction measures.
监督客人遗留物品的处理;监督报表的管理和档案资料的储存;参与制定并有效执行本部门的开支预算,积极创新并采取有效的降本措施。
· Formulate an effective training plan, monitorthe training effect, improve staff comprehensive capabilities, inspire initiative,encourage staff to attend training programs.
制定有效的培训计划、监督培训效果,提高部门员工的综合素质,鼓励下属发挥工作积极性,积极参加培训。
· Communicate with staff on a timely basis, findout and solve problems.
及时了解员工动态,发现并解决问题。
· Promote and train high potentials.
选拔和培养有潜质的员工。
· Work as property Manager On Duty (MOD) perplan.
按排班担任物业值班经理。
· In compliance with the Ascott Group'sEnvironmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention toenergy conservation and the safe operation in daily work, responsible for the risk management within thescope of his own position.
遵守雅诗阁集团的环境健康安全(EHS)方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作,对本岗位风险管理事件负责。
· Other duties assigned by superiors.
完成上级交办的其他任务。
Requirements资质需求
· College degree or equivalent.
大专或同等以上学历。
· Minimum three years supervisory working experiencein hotel or serviced residence, pre-opening experience preferred.
有3年以上的服务公寓/星级酒店客房管理工作经验,有酒店筹备工作经验者优先考虑。
· English listening/speaking/reading/writingskills preferred.
有一定的英文听/说/读/写能力者优先考虑。
· Familiar with relative professional knowledge, housekeepingmanagement, service procedure and quality standards.
熟悉并掌握客房部专业知识、客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
· Sense of initiative, ability to obey, teamspirit, enthusiasm of serviced residence/hotel.
具有主动性和服从精神,有良好的团队精神,并热忠于服务式公寓/酒店的服务事业。
· Strong ability to organize and coordinate, flexibility,ability to execute, good language expression capability, and informationmanagement skills.
具有组织协调能力、应变能力、执行能力,以及良好的文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
· Strict compliance with procedure, goodcommunication skills, ability tosolve problems and deal with emergencies.
严格按照程序做事且具有良好的沟通能力,能解决问题,处理突发事件的能力。
· Excellent computer skills including proficiencyin Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook, etc.), with the ability to analyze data and preparereports.
熟练使用电脑,熟悉Microsoft Office软件(例如:Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等),能够分析数据和准备报告。
· Ability to work under pressure.
能承受工作压力。
