岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 熟悉本部门设备基本情况,了解每种设备的使用方法,安全操作规程和维护保养规程。
Have a clear knowledge of the departmental equipment, usage of every device and procedures of operation and maintenance work.
- 组织、督导员工认真学习设备使用操作规程,经常检查员工的执行情况,坚决制止违章操作。
Organize and supervise staff to learn the operation standards. No violation of standard operation is permitted.
- 组织、督导员工搞好设备的日常维护保养工作,保持设备完好。
Arrange and supervise the daily maintenance work.
- 积极配合执行轮班工作的要求。
Must be willing to perform shift work.
- 按照维修工作的需求制订每天,每周和每月工作分配计划。落实维修情况直到达标。
To make daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventive maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner.
岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 高中以上学历,5年以上国际知名酒店工程管理经验;
Senior high schooldegree or above, have 5 years work experience in international hotels;
- 两年以上在职暖通空调主管工作及稳健的工作履历;
At least 2 years as Mechanical supervisor or above and work experience stably;
- 具有扎实的给暖通、空调、排水设备的维修保养经验,并通过相关职业认证证件;
Strong skill in Air conditioner,Plumbing and Laundry Equipment maintenance;
- 良好的学习能力及语言表达能力;
Good learning and communication skills;
- 懂电脑操作

【职位描述】
与餐饮部总监和销售部总监密切合作,发展、监督并评估所有与宴会部相关的目标、策略、市场营销计划和行动,以便能达到或超越收入预算。
Develops, monitors, and evaluates all Events related objectives, strategies, marketing plan and actions in the Events Sales Department with the Director of F&B and Director of Sales so as to achieve or surpass forecasted revenues.
以酒店营运手册为指导,实施与之相符的运作使酒店在宴会销售方面成为具有创造力的潮流引导者。
Implements the operational standards as per Hotels Corporation Operations Manuals, establishing the Hotel as the undisputed trendsetter in Events Sales creativity.
与行政总厨保持紧密的合作关系,并能提供有创造性的建议和想法。
Works closely with the Executive Chef with creative suggestions and ideas.
持续回顾和监督客人服务标准以确保酒店提供的服务达到品牌标准并超越市场的期望水平。
Constantly reviews and monitors the guest service standards ensuring they meet the Hotel brand standards and exceed the level of expectation of the market.
为宴会和会议销售制定年度营销计划,为餐饮部年度营销计划的制定打下基础。
Prepares a yearly marketing plan for Events and convention sales, which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing Plan.
通过拓展销售和升级销售其它设施和服务等途径不断地实现收入最大化。
Continuously seeks ways to maximize revenues and profits by cross selling and up-selling other facilities and service.
监察和分析其他酒店宴会部门的活动及趋势,采取先发制人的方法去确保所有宴会活动具有良好的组织性、潮流引领性和效应性,使酒店卓而不群。
Monitors and analyses the activities and trends of other hotel’s banqueting departments and take proactive measures to ensure all events are well organization, original and exciting to set us apart from the competitors.
积极地寻求发展与主要行业合作伙伴的销售营销活动,例如:旅行社和会议组织者。
Actively courts and develops sales and marketing activities with key industry partners such as travel agencies, convention organizers.
确保所有的会议宴会销售部员工充分了解市场需要和趋势,使产品满足现有需要和趋势的要求。
Ensures that all associates in the Events Sales Department are fully aware of market needs and trends and that their products meet these requirements.

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Chef de Partie is responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
