宾客服务中心及前台实习生（一名） 1、熟悉部门工作细则和流程； 2、参与相关的酒店营运与服务工作。 【岗位要求】 1、能适应轮班。 2、一定的英语基础，能用英语进行听、说 3、能在酒店进行不少于6个月的实习 4、热爱服务行业，具有良好的顾客服务意识、亲和力、沟通技巧和团队合作精神。 餐饮部实习生（一名） 1、要熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。 2、清洁并擦亮所有器皿。 3、保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。 4、添加所需的布品及操作设备。 5、从仓库内领取物品。 6、根据标准的手册来完成服务工作。 7、根据餐厅的规定来摆放餐桌。 8、结束服务后，要清理所有的饭菜，并清洁桌面。

岗位职责： 1、为客人办理入住、离店手续。 2、提供复印、打印、翻译、名片制作等服务。 3、团体客户房间安排及按需分配。 4、行政楼层接待员需负责行政酒廊服务工作。 5、宾客特殊情况或紧急事件的及时处理。 任职要求： 1、较好的语言表达能力，英语基本会话。 2、形象气质佳，行为举止大方得体。 3、热爱酒店服务工作，有吃苦耐劳精神，适应三班工作。 4、此岗位仅面向2026年毕业实习生。

岗位职责： 1、接听电话，答复住客的咨询和要求，并将服务信息及时传达给各岗位。 2、负责将客人所需的客房内物品（如报纸、欢迎水果、各消耗品等）及时送达指定客房。 3、负责客房小酒吧酒水销售的记录和开单工作，协助楼层各岗位做好设备故障报修和催修工作，并做好记录。 4、负责电脑资料的输入、打印、整理。 5、密切与楼层和接待处联系，及时核对房态，确保房态准确无误。 6、收集宾客信息，处理客人的投诉，并及时向上级汇报。 7、整理楼层通宵班报表、安全巡查报表以及酒水销售表并及时上交。 8、统计楼层借用中心的物品登记，做好资料记录。 9、协助做好公共区域的卫生清洁工作。 任职条件： 1、工作主动，有较强的工作责任心和协作精神。 2、具有良好的语言表达能力、较强的服务意识和应变能力。 3、有电脑操作基本能力和基础英语口语能力为佳。 4、此岗位仅面向2026年毕业实习生。
