SalesManager's mission is to primarily promote the hotel and hotels belonging to thechain in his/her area/region. This position is accountable for bookingindividual, group business, banquets and meetings on an established base of thetop producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potential keyprospects to meet with and excel the forecasted occupancy, budgeted averagerate and revenue.

Conduct daily safety patrols in the hotel swimming pool area to ensure guest safety during swimming.
负责酒店泳池区域的日常安全巡视,确保宾客游泳安全;
Respond promptly to pool emergencies and implement first-aid measures.
及时处理泳池突发事故,实施紧急救援措施;
Maintain pool order, discourage dangerous behaviors, and enforce usage regulations.
维护泳池秩序,劝阻危险行为,确保泳池使用规范;
Regularly inspect lifesaving equipment and first-aid supplies to ensure functionality and availability.
定期检查救生设备及急救药品,确保其完好可用;
Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the pool area to maintain a tidy environment.
协助完成泳池区域的清洁及消毒工作,保持环境整洁;
Document daily operations and promptly report potential hazards or abnormalities.
记录每日工作情况,及时上报安全隐患或异常情况;
Participate in safety training and emergency drills organized by the hotel to enhance professional skills.
参与酒店组织的安全培训及应急演练,提升专业技能。
岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 熟悉本部门设备基本情况,了解每种设备的使用方法,安全操作规程和维护保养规程。
Have a clear knowledge of the departmental equipment, usage of every device and procedures of operation and maintenance work.
- 组织、督导员工认真学习设备使用操作规程,经常检查员工的执行情况,坚决制止违章操作。
Organize and supervise staff to learn the operation standards. No violation of standard operation is permitted.
- 组织、督导员工搞好设备的日常维护保养工作,保持设备完好。
Arrange and supervise the daily maintenance work.
- 积极配合执行轮班工作的要求。
Must be willing to perform shift work.
- 按照维修工作的需求制订每天,每周和每月工作分配计划。落实维修情况直到达标。
To make daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventive maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner.
岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 高中以上学历,5年以上国际知名酒店工程管理经验;
Senior high schooldegree or above, have 5 years work experience in international hotels;
- 两年以上在职暖通空调主管工作及稳健的工作履历;
At least 2 years as Mechanical supervisor or above and work experience stably;
- 具有扎实的给暖通、空调、排水设备的维修保养经验,并通过相关职业认证证件;
Strong skill in Air conditioner,Plumbing and Laundry Equipment maintenance;
- 良好的学习能力及语言表达能力;
Good learning and communication skills;
- 懂电脑操作
