To manage sales activities and events inline with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for your hotel.

• Monitors competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence
监督竞争对手的活动并协助监察市场动态。
• Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
根据在销售策略中既定目标,向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进行销售,并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。
• Sell all facets of the hotel
销售酒店的所有设施。
• Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis
指导和进行市场调研和分析。
• Services existing business through management of account bases
通过客户管理,向现有的客户提供服务。
• Manage the corporate head office and the preferred hotel history for that company
管理公司总部档案和了解公司优先使用的酒店记录。
• Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market

Required Qualification
任职要求
.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
最好具有市场营销,酒店管理,商业管理或相关领域的学士学位或大专学历.
.2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2年相关工作经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
.Good English verbally and written communication skills.
良好的英文写作及口头表达能力。

1. Planning, budgeting and execution of the hotel are advertising campaigns in liaison with the company’s official advertising agency.
与专业广告发布公司联系,制定并执行酒店的广告预算和对外广告发布。
2. Coordination and implementation of communication plan for the hotel activities and promotions in coordination with various revenue-earning departments in the hotel (i.e. sales, food and beverage, spa etc.)
协调并执行与酒店所有营运部门的酒店活动和促销的沟通计划(如销售,餐饮等)。
3. Development of good relations with the media (print, broadcast, etc.) and implementation of the hotel’s publicity campaign.
与媒体建立良好的关系(出版物、广播等),执行酒店的市场宣传活动。
4. Management of a complete, targeted data base and direct mail campaigns to promote hotel business.

5. Overall supervision of production of hotel printed materials to ensure compliance with Group Guidelines.

6. Monitoring and control of expenses based on approved Sales & Marketing budget.

7. Coordination and implementation of various hotels projects in liaison with other hotel department s and/or outside organizations/ government bureaus.

8. To ensure press releases are sent to all local & regional newspapers and magazines on all happenings/ events in the hotel.

9. To coordinate with all activities concerning publicity in film shooting, photo shooting, interviews by local & overseas media etc.
协助国内外媒体的摄影,摄像和采访。
10. To maintain stock inventory of an updated photo library and press kit.
及时地更新图库和宣传资料袋以维持固定资本清单。
11. To be responsible for the preparation, planning and executive of the hotel’s public relations activities plan.

12. Maintain update profiles of the hotel’s key personnel.

13. To coordinate with the printing, design as well as adherence to the corporate guidelines for all printed materials of the hotel.

14. Regular communication & entertainment with the local press.
