SUMMARY OF POSITION
Senior Catering Sales Manager is responsible for business generation as it relates to prospecting and securing catering business and the planning & implementation of group events. Catering revenue is to be achieved in accordance with the goals and strategies outlined in the annual Marketing Plan and Hotel Catering Revenue Budget. Senior Catering Sales Managers are accountable for ensuring quotas and goals are met and to ensure that direct sales activities are focused on generating the highest possible Room RevPar and achieving F&B costs as well as achieving group organizers satisfaction for the overall hotel’s success. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion on decision making.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
1.Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English/ Mandarin with good presentation skills.
2.College Degree or equivalent experience. Alternatively with hotel or tourism school certification.
3.Good personal & professional references.
4.Previous catering or sales related experience minimum 3 years with proven track record.
5.Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
6.High level of creativity and knowledge of F&B menus.

1、负责微信公众号、抖音号等自媒体的平台日常运营和维护工作,为公司整体品牌传播和营销服务,高效产出年轻人喜欢的热点视频内容,提高用户的关注度和粘性;
2、吸收掌握并实时更新公司的产品、技术、文化及其他有价值的知识,结合时下的热点,把其转化成针对不同用户实时调整和更新微信、小视频等推广内容,并利用不同的方式传播;
3、制定并实施清晰的用户互动策略,增加粉丝数量,粉丝活跃度和忠诚度;
4、跟踪新媒体平台推广效果,分析数据并反馈,总结经验,建立有效运营手段提升用户活跃度,增加粉丝量。
任职要求
1、同星级酒店相关工作1年以上;
Related working experience in 5 star hotel for over 1 year
2、可以制作酒店公关及媒体宣传计划;
capable of making marketing communication and media promotion plan
3、负责酒店节假日、庆典活动的方案设计、执行、监督工作;
responsible for designing, controlling and supervising the hotel holidy activities or ceremonies.
4、较强的沟通表达能力。
